This policy explains what information PH Store collects when you use this website and how we use it, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Information we collect
- Order details you give us: your name, mobile number, Facebook name (optional), the package you chose, and the payment reference number from your receipt.
- Payment information: payments are made in your own e-wallet or bank app via QR Ph. We only receive the amount and reference number; we never collect card numbers, PINs or OTPs.
- Website usage: basic data about how you use the website (for example pages viewed and buttons tapped), and data collected by the Meta Pixel described below.
How we use your information
- To process and confirm your order and payment.
- To deliver your account and provide warranty support.
- To contact you about your order.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies, local storage and Meta Pixel
This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, to measure visits and orders that come from our Facebook and Instagram ads. The Pixel may use cookies and send information such as pages viewed and the value of an order to Meta. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings. The website also saves your name, mobile number and recent order codes in your own browser so you don't have to type them again; you can clear this anytime in your browser settings.
Where your data is stored
Order information is stored securely with our cloud database provider and is only accessible to authorized PH Store staff who handle orders and support.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle warranty claims and keep basic business records, then delete or anonymize them.
