By placing an order on this website or through our official pages, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

PH Store provides access to premium digital subscription accounts for the duration stated in your package (for example 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year). Packages may be Shared (one account used by several customers, typically 1 device per customer) or Solo / Own account (a private account or profile, or an upgrade of your own account). The type, duration and price are shown before you order.

PH Store is an independent reseller of digital subscription access. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Netflix, CapCut / ByteDance, or OpenAI. All brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the products we offer.

2. Ordering and payment

• Choose a package, enter your name and mobile number, then pay the exact amount via QR Ph.
• After paying, tap “Nakapagbayad na ako” and enter the reference number from your receipt so we can confirm your payment.
• Orders that remain unpaid for 48 hours are cancelled automatically.

3. Delivery

• CapCut packages marked “Instant” are shown on screen right after your payment is confirmed.
• Other packages are delivered through our Facebook page, usually within a few minutes during support hours (6AM – 1AM (Philippine time)).

4. Rules for using the account

• Do not change the password, email, profile settings or plan of a Shared account, and do not log other users out.
• Use the account only on the number of devices included in your package.
• Do not resell or share the account details with other people unless your package allows it.

Breaking these rules may end your access without a refund, because it affects other customers.

5. Warranty and refunds

Your plan is covered by our warranty while it is active. See our Refund & Warranty Policy for details.

6. Changes

We may update prices, packages and these terms. The terms shown when you order apply to that order.
